As @mkhandekar works on #711, I will start by testing basic information architecture questions. Can users find...

tasks and notifications sections (highest priority)
per-application permissions (secondary priority)

after they have signed into the proposed account management site?

I'll likely be using Treejack, a widely used service for testing site navigation. Preview the study here.

Oh, yes -- this will likely be tested inside 18F, with people who have not previously visited the MyUSA account management site.
