add a command that lets u use unlimited accounts only for commenting and report bot (EDITED)

add like a command something like "!unlimited x" , so u can comment on other peoples profiles without them adding the limited accounts

Usage !report "x" "steamid/url", Reports the steam profile

Hey, thanks for opening an issue!
Good idea! I think this is a perfect opportunity for a plugin which will use the new plugin system coming in version 2.13.
I'll update this issue when version 2.13 is out.
Making a plugin that will add this command shouldn't be hard as the infrastructure to only get unlimited accounts will be (and partially already is) there.

Thanks for all the ideas, I'll see what I'm able to implement in the future.
I'll probably take a look at adding support for reporting in version 2.14; 2.13 is mainly focused on improving the code base big time (largely done already), adding a proper plugin system and hopefully adding support for liking and commenting on artwork/workshop content.
I'll keep you updated when I have more information to share! :)
