pip install ckanext-collection no longer available for Python 3.8 #4

When trying to install via pip on Python 3.8. Get this error:

$ pip install ckanext-collection
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement ckanext-collection (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for ckanext-collection

Same issue when trying in Windows 10 and in Ubuntu 20.04.
