  2. Click on the More information... link

Additionally, it looks like that extended CSS rules are not applied.
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add to user rules:
@@||example.org^$document
iana.org#?#body
  1. Go to - https://example.org/
  2. Click on the More information... link

Content of the iana.org website should be hidden by iana.org#?#body but it's not applied.

initial problem is a duplicate of #3020.

ext-css problem should be checked additionally
