Task sorting issues

Task sorting isn't acting quite right.

What I need to do is write some tests instead of writing code, minimally testing it, and assuming it will work.

I've noticed tasks aren't always put in the right order (right now, that's only based on due date). This could potentially break the chunking algorithm because I wrote kind of bad code.
