Support Open UI Component Schema generation

As mentioned in #2 I found out that there's an organization called Open UI which aims to provide a way to standardize elements across libraries and frameworks, they define JSON Schemas for components and design systems it would be ideal in the future to support these

Not everything there is a web component so we need to be wary on what design systems/libraries can be brought to Sutil
