'Type' Object is not Scriptable

Hi everyone, I'm somewhat new with all this, so thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

I'm trying to install and set up the save editor, using python 10. I'm able to run the requirements installation, but when I try to execute the python script, it throws an error as follows:

I have reinstalled everything multiple times with the same error. I would really appreciate it if someone knows how to fix this!

from what I can see you're using python 3.8, that's probably the issue
