Control Panel Icons

I've changed the layou for controlpanel back to a grid and am now using fontawesome for the icons. If you think that's a good idea going forward, I'll supply all the changes I made. For the icons I chose, fontawesome 4.7 minimum is required. I've changed the layout to use bootstrap cards.
