That is an odd interaction. Does this happen only with the Radiant Crafting table, or does it also happen with a Vanilla crafting table?

The item logic and interaction should be identical, I'm not sure if the Radiant Crafting table adds any additional steps or changes, although it is possible that the recipe caching is causing issues.
