v1.82 - Cannot record the input phrase with these settings.

when I try to record an audio I get an error

Cannot record the input phrase with these settings.

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: \\ ... "

my files are stored on a NAS, however this should not be an issue. It was not at least so far. Does anyone has the same issue?

If I Uninstall the add-on, it works until restart of a program....

How to solve the issue?

Do you have write access to the directory it mentions ? I've seen this happen in cases where a user was missing a directory in their anki profile dir. Maybe check that the directory exists, and that you can write to it.
