Ability to assign native capability as setting or maintenance action

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently config and maintenance actions need to be assigned as capability of a virtual device, which make their accessibility "too easy". Or the user need to go through the web server of the physical device.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to assign native capabilities of type "button" as a maintenance action of a virtual device.
Ability to assign all native capabilities (including buttons) as a setting.

Remark: second part is hard work, there are many type of native capabilities and it will require many type of "ui component".
