What is the Apple ID policy?

What is the recommended process for people using apps from the Apple App Store, such as Keynote and other free Apple software.

Log in with personal apple ids?
Create one with Bixal email?
Something else?

Sorry for missing this. It somehow slipped. That's currently a work in progress. We have several tickets open with us setting up apple mdm, and getting @bixal.com accounts for folks. Most likley we will not have full on sync (calendar, contacts, etc) but will be looking at app store usage (can't be full access but we want to know what we can and can't support) and icloud storage. There are some compliance concerns with iCloud so there is a non-trivial amount to look into. I will probably have an answer within 3 weeks or so. @tylerwel is leading that effort so yell at me if I'm over zealous =)
