Almost all of the "Learn More" links in WF Current Options point to invalid urls

If I go to Options and click on any of the "Learn More" links, nothing happens. If I right click and open link in new tab, I get "Invalid URL". For example, the "Learn More" link next to "Play DRM-controlled content" points to "about:preferencesdrm-content" and "Use recommended performance settings" points to "about:preferencesperformance".

Exceptions being the "Learn More" link next to "Send websites a “Do Not Track” signal that you don’t want to be tracked" under "Privacy & Security" points to "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-turn-do-not-track-feature" and "Prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser" points to "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/accessibility-services".
