The specifications of acceptable ESRI Shapefiles fed to the workflow is missing. It must be stated that:

Both rivers and catchments ESRI Shapefiles must have equal sizes, and if not there are certain assumptions,
There is a common ID data shared between the two ESRI Shapefiles,
The units of each Shapefile is a bit ambiguous, and it causes confusion for the users.
