ah, all 100... but all normalized explains it:
"Scores are weight summed, with percentage normalization, from the bottom up. Missing elements do not penalize a score, they simply do not contribute."

This foundry web service is very old and have not updated. If this service will be used, I can update it to the latest one the pipeline is using.
