Ability to generate a sitemap

https://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html
max 50k in sitemap.

Thoughts:

sitemapindex of collections: each collection is a sitemap.
if collection is > 10k, can we have a nested sitemap. if yes, then block into 10k packages. if no, then percolate large collections up.
