Currently the scripts to submit the condor jobs rely on individual files that are generated locally. Instead, the scripts can be updated to support arguments from the condor sub file and submit a large number of jobs. This way the job negotiation with the nodes is made in bulk and not individual negotiations for each job. This improvement may reduce the stress in the local area of the user, especially disk space.
