Create statistical modeling for assignments, and the overall course. Also allow for individual student statistics/progress viewing

Supported statistics:

Mean
Median
Mode
Range
Std deviation

Should include interactive chart, D3-style

Ideally this would be part of admin workflow work, but it will depend on time, since D3 can be tricky
