Having the team reflect on these topics with one another can help to gain understanding of one another.

2. Revisit activity in 6 months

• its important to update members on new aspects in their life -- whether it be work or non-work related things.

How it can help your team

This activity gives the opportunity to gain information about each team member that is more of a surface level relationship. The "coat of arms" started during the 12th century as a way for noblemen to represent themselves. Like so, this activity can be used to understand important aspects/ characteristics that define each member in the team.
