Current Behavior

Currently only the latest version (release with the highest version number) is shown in DT.

Proposed Behavior

Sometimes, or quite often, it's useful to show a bit more context or base this "Latest Version" field on the major/minor version of the Component in use by the Project.

  • For example NextJS version 14.2.0 could be in use.
  • DT would show latest version 15.1.3
  • For the user it might be beneficial to see that the latest 14 version is actually 14.2.22. (Which is still supported).

In a perfect world DT would also now which version is still supported, which versions are EOL, etc.
But even without that information, the suggested extra information could be useful and not too hard to implement.

Is this something considered useful and is it DTs goal to improve and maintain more rich metadata functionality towards the future?
