Reinspection Tracking

Myself and other Head Refs are trying to comply with G303/I302/I304, and it would be helpful to more efficiently track inspection/reinspection status. Currently, mid-event reinspection requests or updates are communicated between HR and LRI verbally or via paper checklists/notes. At Championships last year, teams were responsible for passing reinspection forms between on- & off-field volunteers. I would like to incorporate reinspection tracking in the scoring system's head ref and robot inspector pages. Notifications/alerts for the inspectors may also be helpful.

I'm aware the Head Ref could go to the Robot Inspection screen, change the status of a team, and the inspector could change it back to green/passed when complete. However, this is a lot of screen changes for the HR and may not communicate any notes between the inspector/HR. There also is currently no good status indicator for "requires reinspection" / "reinspection passed" / etc., just the ability to return a robot to "failed" or "ready," neither of which indicate the situation well.

I would request a feature tied to the HR notes that allows the HR to check an additional box for reinspection along with the note they are already entering for a team. If this note/request can be passed to a (possibly new "Reinspection") robot inspector page, with a timestamp and Match #/Field # indication. I think a new "reinspection" page may be nice in that it would be more of an active to-do list with only the teams needing reinspection on the list instead of all teams, depending on the size of the event. The inspector passing a team's reinspection could also require a note to be entered and an automatic timestamp added as an line item on the HR notes for the team.

Additionally, I'd request an inspection status indicator on the existing Team # at the bottom of the Head Ref's Active Match tab green check/circle for currently good inspection status & a red x if robot has not passed initial inspection or reinspection (or maybe 3 icons?) (this would be on the team number box where currently there is text bubble icon for existing comments for a team). This would help us confirm status with a quick glance from the main screen we use, with the ability to quickly view notes from there as well.
