Black screen when restart combo

Hey guys, this is my first time writting in the GitHub, i'm sorry if i commited any gaffe.

Well, i use Nintendont since 2019, and i came across a variety of problems that solved using forums. recentely i played the "Evolution Worlds" and the game has a feature what need you restart the console, but when i realize the commands "R + Z + Start" they give me a black screen.

This problem only ocurred in this game, have any list of compatibilty with this commands?
