chrome-type-ahead has a new maintainer!

Hello to anybody stumbling on this page because they may have noticed the Github URL has changed. Last year, while working on new functionality for @Foxy using web components, I realized that my favourite Chrome extension, chrome-type-ahead, needed a quick update. In the ensuing conversation, @tokland asked if I'd be willing to take over the maintenance.

If you've been using chrome-type-ahead for any length of time, you likely already know it's rock-solid, so we don't anticipate any changes. But if any bugs are reported or PRs submitted, we'll be happy to review. For now, though, no changes except where the repo lives.
