Is this repo open to PR ?

You can open PRs for any repo under HaikuArchives. How long it takes for PRs to get reviewed may vary greatly, though, as there are not that many active reviewers, they might be busy, or sometimes just miss a notification or two.

Source: Me (I have open several PRs on here and other HaikuArchives's repos).
