Option to activate the deletion of tasks

Hello,

First of all, great work in this. This has made a massive improvement in my workflow.

Just something that I noticed is a bit tricky is the fact if I remove a task line in obsidian the task gets removed from todoist.

I for sure can see the reason why this is done, but, to be honest, in my case I'd prefer to not do that.

I'm a bit scared to the act of removing a note suddenly removes the tasks associated with it.

Would it be possible to have an option that disables the ability to delete tasks in the cases they are deleted from obsidian ?
