                <b>What this tool does:</b>
                <ul class="tool-info-list tool-info-list-main">
                    <li>Displays all airborne flights currently inside a ZHU sector (based on position and altitude)</li>
                    <li>Displays flights within 50 NM of the ZHU perimeter if their heading is within 45&#176; to the closest point on the ZHU border</li>
                    <li>Assigns flights to sectors and specialties using official sector polygons and standard specialties</li>
                    <li>Projects specialty loads at +5, +10, +20 minutes (assuming constant heading and groundspeed)</li>
                    <li>Color codes projections to quickly spot trending saturation levels</li>
                    <li>Auto-refreshes every 60 seconds</li>
                </ul>
                <b>Filters in effect:</b>
                <ul class="tool-info-list">
                    <li>Only flights with groundspeed &gt; 20 knots are shown</li>
                    <li>Flights below 10,000 ft are shown as "TRACON"</li>
                    <li>Flights inside ZHU sectors are always shown</li>
                    </li>
                </ul>
                <b>Limitations:</b>
                <ul class="tool-info-list">
                    <li>Sector assignment is based on position and altitude only; does not account for dynamic splits</li>
                    <li>Projections assume constant heading and groundspeed; advanced flight path projection is not modeled</li>
                    <li>Load accuracy decreases as projection time increases</li>
                    <li>Other limitations may exist</li>
                </ul>
