Catalog Query - Adding filters with predicates >= and <=

Description of the feature or enhancement

Filtering on Db2 Catalog queries does not provide predicates on greater than or equal or less than or equal values, but only on equalities or differences or a value prefix.

Please add these two predicates.
Since it is possible to combine several predicates this can make the equivalent of a between, (a predicate >= and a predicate <= is equivalent to a between).
