Since #6937, [unit] webserver 02 and 03 tests ocassionally hang (mainly when there are many CI runners active)

@pcrespov for me this happened 5 times yesterday morning when no one else (from the team) was running stuff. Now it could be that others were.. but still

@sanderegg this is closed because it is duplicated (not that is is CLOSED as NOT-COMPLETED) from another issue that you created. I actually have promoted your issue
