Does REViewer work with ExpansionHunterDeNovo as well as ExpansionHunter?

Unfortunately not yet. We are still working on ExpansionHunterDeNovo -> ExpansionHunter -> REViewer pipeline. Please stay tuned -- we hope to have an update on this soon!
