On the explore page, they would show up same as study/series.

We should also add it to the collections page.

In addition, we should calculate collection size, add to tables in BQ and show in the collections portal page.

For another project I've been using the File System Access API and it's very efficient, especially in workers. At least for chrome/edge it's available.
