Add a menu "Copy Citation Markers (ODF scan)"

Today, to generate a citation markers you have to change the "Default Output Format" in the preference to "Scannable Cite".

I think it would be a great addition to add a menu item "Copy Citation Markers (ODF scan)" on the right click contextual menu AND on edit application menu (right below "Copy citation").

Why? Because it improve discoverability and also because one may want to keep a more standard format quickly available as a default.
