this needs to be handled properly and db status should show the status of the refund tx.

this happens quite often in high fee environments where stacks/bitcoin blocks are not lockstep.

would be nice to have a button on https://github.com/LNSwap/lnstxbridge-dashboard to manually trigger another refund so that LP operators can easily notice and correct this
