Ledger Live 2.29.1 (261) on iOS, Ledger nano x firmware 1.3.0

When sending bitcoin from the iOS Ledger live app + ledger nano x , if a custom tx fee is choosen, the transaction is sent with the fee initially proposed by ledger and not the custom fee.

can confirm the bug is also present in Android build 2.29.1 (arm64-v8a 166)
