I get an server error on uploads
In the Logs i only see this Information:

I made it now via the workaround php artisan lychee:sync and uploaded my pictures to the synced folder before.
Then i made an manual update on the database with the album_id

Could you enable APP_DEBUG as true in your .env.
Then open the network panel on your web browser, and see what the actual trace of the 500 is giving you in response body when you upload an image and it crashed?

Not exactly as mariushosting, because i jumped in to Lychee earlier -> Version 3 i think and i have no stack, its just lychee.

I have also the reverse proxy like him on Synology, configured the same, with a certificate for my domain.
I dont use all environment variables he uses, because the main things are configured in the .env, like APP_FORCE_HTTPS=true, TRUSTED_PROXIES=*, etc.
Also the DB Connection to my mariadb on the synology (he uses an extra container for that with redis) is configured there.
All works like a charm, except the Upload via Browser!

I have no clue on that one. There is nothing clear that would help me to diagnose.
This part however makes me think about the uploads problems that the QueryStringFixer is supposed to fix :

Which would lead me to believe that there is something wrong with your reverse proxy. :|

Mhm, i use it for many redirections, they all work like a charm...like Plex, Searxng, Uptime-Kuma, Vaultwarden

Exposing an https port would mean that you have to manage a certificate etc. While it could be done with let's encrypt etc. I am not super convinced of my skills to implement that with docker integration.

Yes i know and i actually have a certificate from letsencrypt for it! When you use the reverse proxy from synology its not a big problem, because you can configure it in the control center - security - certificate settings and you are able to connect it to the subdomain ;)

That ones means that it can't find your encryption key in your .env for some reason. :(

I will check the key and the permissions, maybe i will generate a new one!

P.S: Sadl it doesnt help to generate a new one or change the permission of the file .env

Behavior is gone since the Update on Lychee 6!
Im able to upload Photos again, but now i have the problem mentioned already here -> #2611
