optimize files using MSFT_lod

first screenshot the glbs, these screenshots can potentially be used as imposters
maybe if filenames labeled based on rotation it can even be used like a sprite, or made as sprite sheet

second inspect glbs and keep log of stats, including extensions
if something fails, we can debug it later as to maybe what the cause is

Lastly, then run optimization scripts as a cronjob
verify files are working
