哥们，根据Github主页上的信息来看，作者是以色列人。
你在这使用汉语发Issue只会给人带来困扰，蓝奏云在国外也大概率无法使用。
而且我检查了一下你的汉化文件，按我的意见来看质量是不过关的。
你不介意的话我会做一份翻译然后以PR的形式交到这，反正你的诉求也只是“提供汉化”而已。

Dude, it can be referred from the info on the Github profile that the author is from Isarael.
Opening an Issue in Chinese will only bother them, not mentioning Lanzou may not be available outside China.
Btw I've checked your translation, I can't name it a good work.
I will make my translation and PR if you don't mind, as your command is "providing translation for the mod" anyway.
