Bundling vscode-jsonrpc, which Microsoft publishes, does not make this project a
Microsoft product and implies no affiliation with or endorsement by Microsoft.

`npm run license-check` enforces that the shipped dependency set stays exactly
these two. Adding a third runtime dependency requires the vetting rule in the
engine's docs/DEPENDENCIES.md.
