Add components-sanitizers.sh in tests/scripts, mostly as it is in mbedtls.
All components are already based on CMake.
Remove the calls to ssl-opt.sh, compat.sh, context-info.sh.
Calls of run_demos.py and run-metatest.sh are out of scope for this issue. They are going to added through other issues.
