Where can I request to download a specific version of Edge Webview2?

Hello all, I am glad to have discovered this community!

The following link is for Webview2 downloads:

I require a specific non-cabinet file, stand-alone version, specifically Edge WebView2 v109.0.1518.61

I see that I can download the update of a version I need here:

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=Microsoft+Edge+WebView2+Runtime

However, this installer fails when I run the application. I get the following error "Unknown Installer Error".

I found the following post here within github:

It leads to downloading previous versions. However, the EXACT one I need listed above is unfortunately not listed.

Is there a point of contact through here or through Microsoft where I can request the above specific version? Thanks!
