Mod installers on Python with workflows to compile the python scripts and create a windows Executable

Expected behavior

The script should install in within the Unity mod the content of a half life mod

Additional context

Using the library hlunity, create a script per mod for installing them and do the map upgrades in there with a hooking system

This issue will be always opened and supposed to be a source of suggestions about new mods implementations and bugfixing of current mods implementations.
