I used to disable objects in Blender by using a new collection, adding the objects which should not be included in the bam file and setting "Exclude from view layer". With the current blend2bam and Blender 4.0 this does seem to not work anymore.
It is on Windows x64

panda3d-blend2bam 0.25.0
panda3d-gltf 1.1.0
