[FEAT] Add Logs to Chats

Objective

Start keeping logs of chats which include all the communication sent to and from the participants, including modifications which are currently invisible. For example, some prompts in the Discussion phase are modified, and then the adjusted text is sent to the bot or LLM as their prompt. We would like to record the actual prompt sent and response received, as well as any other discussion in the chat, such as by Proctor or a human visitor's comments.
