Containers on individual networks connecting to NPM

Instead of putting all my containers on the same NPM network, is it possible for each container to have its own individual network and connect to NPM?

The purpose of docker, of containers, is each one running individually on its network, to make it more secure, when I put everyone on the same network, this security is affected.
