Plugin changes:

- If you have vault installed but no economy plugin, KitPvPPlus will now register itself as an economy plugin, so you can now use KitPvPPlus's economy system & intergrate it with vault.
- Lots more commands now support console sending
- Fixed kit permissions
- Fixed kit gui not validating ownership
- All KitPvPPlus permissions should show up in permission plugins such as LuckPerms and UltraPermissions

API Changes:

- Changed main api class slightly nicer (shouldnt change any method names, no need to edit your implementations)
- Add ways to edit kits in the kit api
- Added missing javadocs
