Improve validation of GeoJSON geometries

We can consider making similar improvements to those discussed in GFDRR/rdl-standard#197 (comment). Since we're only concerned with Point and LineString geometry types and since they are used in separate fields, the best solution might be to have separate definitions for each geometry types like in https://github.com/geojson/schema
