remove cpd actors from migrator configuration

Since there are likely <4k cpds in OD1, and we are now planning to migrate those at the ends of their respective collections, remove the cpd-related actors from the default configuration. They can be manually configured at the time of ingest when we are actually migrating batches of cpds.
