all vproc_* and vprocmgr_* calls would just return KERN_FAILURE when on iOS, hence related features in pam_launchd should be disabled while TARGET_OS_EMBEDDED

using membership.h on iOS is kinda risky, since many of them were implemented in pure OpenDirectory/DirectoryServices API, which was not something available. mbr_check_service_membership call in pam_sacl.c will only return EIO
