无法使用谷歌Service的机型令海外用户无法做会员认证

测试款式为华为旧款matepad（以及其他被封禁没有google service的版本），海外用户也无法使用支付宝做PRO会员认证。
建议利用其它方式比如email之类的认证方式，以更新付款状态。
