Feature Help Wanted more prominently

Currently https://quiltmc.org/en/ has a link to https://quiltmc.org/en/help-wanted/, but it's in the middle of the somewhat long landing page.

I think it should be moved to the group of links at the top, right under the page title.

It actually is up in the top, in this hamburger menu

Perhaps it could be more visible. The trouble with adding more things to the top bar is you struggle on narrow screens.

I think the link in the menu is even less discoverable than what I was referring to, in the bottom right here:

It looks like there might be space in the second row of the top bar without increasing the width (or increasing it very little), but ig that might not be true for other languages.
