Include "last updated" in the scraped data #5

The website states a time when the data was last updated. Currently it's been stuck at one time for over 2 days, which stinks. It'd be nice to include this in the scraped data so that it can be checked client-side.

I'll have a look if I can include this. Not a big fan of PHP, but I guess I have to start somewhere ;)
